Balsamic Honey Glazed Bread Pizza 🍕

Bring your toast from plain to perfect with a sweet and savory twist! Try this for a brunch or an easy week night meal! So filling with a hot bowl of soup ❤️❤️

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • Shan Chaat Masala
  • Garlic Salt
  • 8-9 Cherry Options
  • 2 Spoons of Ketchup
  • Garlic Salt
  • Italian Bread
  • Kerry Gold Usa
  • 2 spoons of Pizza/ Pasta Sauce
  • 5-6 Amul Cheese Cubes
  • 2 spoons of Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:

1. Finely Chop the onion, tomato and green bell pepper. You can also add any color bell peppers in this bread pizza. I used cherry tomatoes, but you can use a Roma or plum tomatoes.

2. Add pinch of garlic salt, 3 spoons of tomato ketchup and 2 spoons of pizza or pasta sauce to the veggies, pinch of Shan Chaat masala. 

3. I used a loaf of Italian bread. You can also use bread slices.
4. Butter your bread on the side you’d top the veggies and toast them on one side.
5. Flip the side, spread Kerry Gold USA butter, your veggies and top it with shredded cheese. I love using grated Amul Cheese.

6. Sprinkle Shan masala on top and cover lid.
7. If you’re making it on the stove top, add an extra layer under the pan to avoid the toast getting burnt.

8. You could also bake it at 360F for 5-7 minutes.

9. Drizzle about ½ tablespoon of the balsamic vinegar mixed with honey on the toast.

It’s a great pizza to serve up any night of the week. Enjoy!
